Thanks for the bug report. We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues using the app.
If you are happy to do so could you please retrieve the Live Link Face application logs from the iPad in question and send them to me via direct message? This may shed some light on the issue.
To access the logs, navigate to the Settings screen within the Live Link Face application and scroll to the bottom. Under the ‘DEVELOPER’ section there should be an option to ‘Export Log Archive’. Once selected you can choose a suitable method to transfer the log files from the iPad via the standard iOS share sheet.
The log archive will likely contain multiple log files so feel free to limit what you send to a single log file which was recorded when the problem occurred.
