iPad live link error occurred, initializing the selected capture mode

My 8th gen iPad is now refusing to initialize the LiveLink face capture app, please see screen grab. it has worked perfectly before. The model number is MYLD2B/A
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Any thoughts?
