Summary
The storm becomes invisible in some rounds, storm timer resets to 0, storm cannot be seen on the minimap/map or in the game, but it continues to have an effect (you continue to take damage if you are inside). This happens in random rounds and at random times (it can be 10 seconds after generation or 2 minutes later). This seems to only happen in maps published or updated after v37.10

Steps to Reproduce
Place advanced_storm_controller_device with custom phases by advanced_storm_beacon_device, generate storm via verse or timer device
NOTE: since it happens randomly, it could take up to 20/30 rounds before the bug appears
Expected Result
the storm is generated and can be seen until the end of the game
Observed Result
In some rounds the storm becomes invisible after random time(can be after 10 seconds or after 2 minutes from the storm generation) storm timer resets to 0, storm cannot be seen on the minimap/map or in the game, but it continues to have an effect (you continue to take damage if you are inside the storm).
