Summary

Since the latest update, I’ve been experiencing a bug where players become randomly invisible on my Fortnite map.

After talking to an invisible player and staying in the server for a while, here’s what I noticed:

This only happens when you join mid-game. When you join, you might see a few invisible players. I asked multiple players, including the invisible one, and the player was visible on their screen and for others who had been in the server from the start. This issue mainly affects joining players, and they often end up dying or leaving the game, thinking there are hackers. I hope this gets looked into and fixed ASAP.

Also, killing the invisible player will make them visible to you again.

I tried joining other maps to see if it’s only affecting my map, but it looks like the invisible bug is affecting all maps.

Have there been any updates on this issue?

I would also like to know, been experiencing this very often in edit session,
I don’t know what is causing it but pickaxe/weapons can also get invisible.

Hi All,
Its the PC version failing

The Nintendo Switch version 33.30.1 works well loads correctly runs up the street and you can see everyone fighting, losing mostly and occasionally winning.

the Samsung Android mobile works just like Nintendo Switch
The Xbox One X version works best. The Xbox One X code is the closest to PC and works better

The PC Version looks so different. is this really based on the same code?
Looks like a very old version

So logged out of NES and

  1. Opened up Fortnite on PC and loaded up the same game code 7314-4269-5911 which loaded.
  2. First of all dumped in a closed room, So into the menu Respawned
  3. Found a gun but mini-map shows players, but entering the area no one can be found
  4. walked around NOT attacked even though the mini-map can see them
  5. They cant see me and I cant see them.

The problem is the PC version is so completely different its 19:06 to 19:20
