Inventory Issue When Inventory Is Manually Cleared Before Choosing A Class Through Class Selector UI Device

Summary

Basically when using the class selector UI device, normally when you pick a class it gives you the items, seemingly how you have it ordered in the class designers attached to it. However, if the players inventory is manually cleared before they choose a class again, when they respawn, their inventory items will be in a different order, and this will be the case everytime they respawn. In our case it happens when the player switches teams, but we’ve also had the issue when removing players inventory with a item remover.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Setup a class selector UI and class designer device with at least one class that has multiple items in it (Have some kind of explosive so you can eliminate yourself).
  2. In this case it’s probably easier to use an item remover, so setup an item remover to remove all the items you put into the class designer, on a team member being eliminated through a team settings inventory device.
  3. Launch session and start the game.
  4. Choose your class and with your explosive, eliminate yourself.

Expected Result

Even though the inventory is cleared on being eliminated, on respawn, the players inventory should stay the same and their items should be in the same slots as they were before.

Observed Result

Once the player respawns, their inventory has items unorganized and in different slots than they originally were before being eliminated. This persists every time they respawn
