Invalid lightmap settings.

I have followed 2 videos to the T on how to create a Tree using and the mats for it using blender. But once I put the tree into the engine, the mats turn black or sometimes stay white and I get an error. It says the component is a static and invalid lightmap settings that indirect light will be black. The lightmap coordinate index is out of bounds. I have went through everything and double checked everything and can’t seem to find the problem. Is it something in the engine or blender?
