That is what we are recommended by , so yes. Many of us have done so quite a few times. =) Also, cool new badges!
Sent another submission, since the last one probably got lost in the thousands of emails they received.
Project Frequency is an open world survival horror, heavily inspired by old school horror games like Silent Hill/Resident Evil, I’m looking to fill the void left by the cancellation of PT, but this game will be mixing psychological horror/open world survival mechanics/brutal combat filled with depth and stealth mechanics, providing an unique hardcore and scary PvE experience, which is a niche that the open world genre needs desperately, since it’s flooded with the usual crafting team deathmatch zombie games. I had a fairly successful pre-alpha release with the Unity version, so I hope it carries on with the UE4 port. Project Frequency’s demo will be playable this upcoming week, I can’t wait for people to experience the game. Also I wish the best of luck to all the submissions I’ve seen here, they’re looking insanely good and it makes me wonder why is Epic taking so long, some projects here have a AAA quality to them.
Here’s two of the most recent videos that I’ve posted, enjoy!

I don’t believe its such a great idea to resubmit your email @Bioxide. I think it’s better off to wait then adding on to the problem of having 1000+ emails
I sent the email the first day the program opened, before they switched emails/added an automatic response system. The game has been massively improved since then, just making sure
I can understand your reasoning more clearly now ! At first I was at the feeling you submitted only a few weeks ago. Best of luck to your game and hope you get granted !
Hehe :P, a response from Epic will make me happy even if they don’t decide to proceed with the program, I’ll be having a kickstarter/advertising push starting from next week, I’ll be patiently staring at my inbox waiting for that message haha.
Just submitted our camera system Discussion here hope you guys like it!
I am curious, does updating ones submission remove them from the spot they were in the queue?
I doubt it. Yet your guess is as good as mine
Is there a master listing somewhere of all the projects which have gotten UDGs, along with a Health Bar for the Fund?
+1 I second this and suggest dedicating a page under Epic MegaGrants | Bewerben Sie sich für eine Finanzierung zur Förderung der UE-Open-Source-Community - Unreal Engine for this
It’s been a little over two months since the last update. Are these still being awarded, or are they being posted somewhere other than the blog and I’m just missing it?
The last one was on 15th May, though only one project was granted, Mega Blast.
Yeah I saw that one but it wasn’t one of the major announcements like they did before so I didn’t really count it. I’m assuming we may see something around E3 next.
Is there a place that we can see the list of people who got a ? I saw a post for the people who got them in April, but it doesn’t show the ones in February and this month.
Oh wow thanks for the granted games, congrats to the devs who received the money!
I’ll be anxiously waiting in a small corner for that epic response email .
Congrats to the new recipient! =) It seems like they’re doing one at a time now rather than a mass announcement. I wonder if they’ve caught up to GDC at this point.
They did respond to my question in a stream a few weeks ago where they said they have indeed almost caught up with pre-GDC submissions.
Congrats to who received the !
Were there new winners announced? I don’t see anything on the blog. =?
