Interesting Issue with Volumetric Clouds & SceneCapture2D

Hello!
I am having an issue where volumetric clouds are causing a dotted grid artifact on my scene capture 2d (in game camera). If you continue to take pictures, this will slowly go away so I believe it is related to lighting of the clouds, probably a lumen thing. It does re-appear after taking pictures of other stuff for a short time so I am leaning towards cache related. I do have persistent rendering turned on as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have been stuck searching on this for a few weeks now with no luck. Here is a video showing the issue and how it goes away after taking multiple pictures (camera output in bottom left):

I haven’t found a solution as of yet unfortunately. If anyone else has any input I would surely appreciate it.
