I’m a noob, there is a few videos about interactive foliage on the internet, many of them use Rigged mesh to make it interactive, but I think that will cost a lot on performance, so I found this way, but my question is, how to make this highlighted texture for a plan or a grass mesh? is there any tools in the modeling tab in UE5 to make this Texture? or I have to make it inside Maya? I saw some videos using Vertex Painer 2.0. and please tell me is this the right way to do?
