Intentional Glitching

Hi everyone, occasionally when clicking around the engine UI or starting a cinematic capture, the viewport refreshes and, I’m guessing, makes one pass/takes one sample of the scene and it looks all blurry and amazing. I have a lot of post-processing raytracing going on so I think that has something to with it…

Basically I want more of this, and I want to be able to control and capture this “look.” I have no idea if that’s feasible or makes any sense. Is there a way to take control of this? Do I need to get “under the hood” with scalability settings?
