I’m working on a project where I want to import fabricated or Sketchfab-like 3D models into Unreal Engine, especially for physical product demos and environment scenes. I’m trying to keep the model footprint low while retaining visual quality in real-time rendering.

Which 3D format works best for FAB-style models in Unreal (GLTF, FBX, USDZ)?
Do you use LOD (Level of Detail) settings or tools like Simplygon to optimize these models?
How do you handle texture compression and material setup to maintain clarity without hurting performance?
For those using Metahuman or environment mesh blending, how do you ensure seamless integration with custom uploaded assets?
