Instanced Static Mesh Component Culling Distance Not Work

Hello. I use unreal 4.27 newest version. I want to use ISM(Instanced Static Mesh Componenet), but the “Start Culling Distance” and “End Culling Distance” not work as expected, it will always show the instanced mesh at any distance.But the HISM works as expcted with the culling distance. I use the default unreal cube as my test instanced mesh. Is it a bug? How can i use the ISM compnent distance culling feature.
