Instanced prefab entities revert name changes after restarting project/editor

Summary

When renaming an entity from an instanced prefab in the world, the name reverts back to the original name found on that entity within its’ prefab after restarting the project/editor. This causes any reference to it (verse/creative device) to disconnect.

Steps to Reproduce

First create a prefab with a sub entity within it. Next, place the prefab in the world and rename the sub entity to anything other than the original. Restart the editor and the sub entity will have its name reverted back to the one in its’ prefab, disconnecting any reference to it from devices.

Expected Result

The name should not revert back to the original

Observed Result

The name is reverted back to the original found within its’ prefab
