Installer won't install trying to connect

Summary

I can’t seem to get the installer to even update it’s stuck at the updating and then I have a 300 megabyte download speed I don’t understand why it’s stuck and it just keeps failing to update every day for a week I can’t seem to get it to update

I have uninstalled and re-installed the installer several times.

I need to update to install UNREAL ENGINE

the answer is have a better internet connection. apparently there is some minimum you need / required to load the tools or it just won’t happen.

as soon as I went from a T-mobile hotspot to a Indoor house with also a wi-fi at 800mbps download it seemed to load the engine and do all updates.

now back to the dungeon at 20mbps at times and maxes out at 250mbps.

what a bummer.

Now at the low end 50mbps I still cannot load the engine.
