Installation error AppProxy Error. Code 1603

Hello !

I wanted to try out Reality Capture but I am unable to install it.
So I searched if anyone got the same problem and it seems like my problem is the same as the person in the following request :

Operations: Step 1: Open Epic Game Launcher Step 2: Click RealityCapture tab Step 3: Click Launch button to run RealityCapture 1.4 After the button showing busy and running, an error dialog popup which saying An error occured (code: 1603) The title of the dialog is: AppProxy. Error. What’s the reason may cause this happen? Thanks! Best, Golden Q

I got the same error message as this person, but the problem is, the solution for him was a link to an installation files. So basically I’m stuck

I’ve tried everything describe in the answers from the request, unfortunately nothing seem to work.

Hello Corey,
the main problem of the attached post was that there was a missing installation file for 1.2 RealityCapture version. Have you had installed RealityCapture before? What are your computer’s HW and SW parameters? Have you tried to use the direct installation file?
