Operations:
Step 1: Open Epic Game Launcher
Step 2: Click RealityCapture tab
Step 3: Click Launch button to run RealityCapture 1.4
After the button showing busy and running, an error dialog popup which saying An error occured (code: 1603)
The title of the dialog is: AppProxy. Error.
What’s the reason may cause this happen?

Thank you for you suggestion, I tried that, but still the same.
I think my issue may not be the same one as EOS-ERR-1603
Under path: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\RealityCapture
I found the exe file with name: AppProxy.exe, and double click on it. I see the error message as my question described.
I even run the RealityCapture-1.4.0.msi file, but I can’t install successfully.

I wonder whether there is error code list which associated with RealityCapture software itself from where I can find the description about AppProxy Error Code 1603.

can you share the image how does the error look? What happened, when you used direct installation file? As I wrote, it seems to be a Windows error.
What kind of machine are you using? Have you tried delete/uninstall everything and then install again?
Here is the screenshot of the error message
The computer is an assembled workstation, and I have tried several times uninstall then install.
I successfully installed a trial version before, maybe because of the improper uninstall of that version, when using the direct installation file, it needs to find the previous installation package “RealityCapture-1.2.0.16813-Tarasque.msi”

Do you have still that trial version installation file?

If so, I will send you that file for proper uninstall.

OK then, I sent you the invitation to the Box from where you will be able to download that version. It can be also in your spam folder.
