Install Experimental Procedural Foliage Tool?

Hello,
I am using Unreal Engine 4.8.0 and I cannot seem to locate the Procedural Foliage Tool in the MISC menu as described here:

Do I need to install specific demo content or tools that are not enabled by default? Has its location changed since that video?

You’re not alone, I’m having the same problem. I haven’t found the solution.
