Input Trigger doesn't properly read the "Sprint" input during DBNO sprint

Summary

A rather simple bug. After a recent update, the "Down But Not Out” device offers downed players the ability to sprint while they’re crawling. This feature appears to be bugged when interacting with the “Input Trigger” device, as the device fails to properly read the “Sprint” input in order to broadcast its events, if the instigating player is downed.

Steps to Reproduce

Create your Input Trigger + Down But Not Out Device + Health Powerup + Button and apply the following settings:

Input Trigger
⤷ (All Options) ‐ Creative Input: Custom 5 (Sprint)
⤷ (Functions) - Register Player when receiving from: Down But Not Out Device > On Player Downed
⤷ (Events) - On Input Pressed Send Event To: Health Powerup > Pickup
⤷ On Input Released Send Event To: Health Powerup > Clear

Button
⤷(Events) - On Interact Send Event To: Down But Not Out Device > Down Player

Down But Not Out Device
⤷ (All Options) - DBNO Enabled: Classic/Improved
⤷ Last Man Standing Mode: Yes
⤷ Allow Sprinting: Yes
⤷(Events) - On Player Downed Send Event To: Input Trigger > Register Player

Health Powerup
⤷ (All Options) - Effect Magnitude: anything above 2
⤷ Infinite Effect Duration: Yes
⤷ Time To Respawn: Instant
⤷ (Functions) - Pickup When Receiving From: Input Trigger > On Input Pressed
⤷ Clear When Receiving From: Input Trigger > On Input Released

Once you complete this process, you want to begin the game and use the button to make yourself downed. From there, try using your sprint input while you crawl.

Expected Result

When you’re downed, and use your sprint input while you crawl, the Input Trigger should read your sprint input and broadcast this event to the Health Powerup, which should then pick the Health Powerup up, and heal you for as long as you’re sprinting.

Observed Result

When you’re downed, and use your sprint input while you crawl, the Input Device fails to read this input, and therefore fails to pick up the Health Powerup.

To further confirm that I hadn’t mis-calibrated my devices, I did run a test using a separate input to trigger the Input Device’s event (Custom 7 (Forward/Back)) , and the Health Powerup triggered perfectly fine.
