When a player joins the game late the HUD for the input trigger does not show to the new players, is this a bug or is there a setting I’m missing?

When a player joins the game late the HUD for the input trigger does not show to the new players, is this a bug or is there a setting I’m missing?

Expected Result

Players should see a HUD to select the custom buttons

Observed Result

Players are not seeing buttons on there HUD
