Summary
When initial weapon ammo is checked on item granter spawners when trying to grant consumables it bugs the inventory into thinking there are as many consumables as specified in the initial weapon ammo field

Steps to Reproduce
- Set an item granter device with a consumable
- Set
Initial Weapon Ammoto any amount greater than 1 - Make the device grant the consumable to a player
Expected Result
The player gets only one consumable
Observed Result
The player gets only one consumable, but dropping it may cause another InitialWeaponAmmo - 1 consumables to spawn
