Summary

Hello ! I have an issue that while I want to import a map from a team (that I’m in), the progress bar is stuck at 10% and it’s saying “Importing project”.

Now I give you the whole context:

I started creating with my main account (epic : pop smawg) some uefn maps whitout linking it at “revision control”, I didnt know why it was not working but i guess i found the issue is that my main account (pop smawg) was considered as a minor account (under 18years old) So I contact the support for changing it and I’m still waiting for an answer…

BUT the main problem is that i have a second account that I have created a long time before, and I did the “age verification” with it (Epic; Smawg_TV (the actual account I’m making this forum)). So Everything should be working correctly right ? But whenever I restarted UEFN and fortnite in this account, I still can’t connect to revision Control. I tryed to uninstall and re-install UEFN but it is still not working, and as well I can’t import a team project, but I can create a project in “private” so whitout considering to share it in revision control.

Do I need to re-install windows or something like this so i can connect to my project of my team/ to revision control ? Because maybe UEFN Still think that I’m a minor with the new account, it’s maybe not refreshing some registers?

Steps to Reproduce

→ Connect your epic games with an account that is less than 18 years old
→ try to do revision control
→ disconnect from epic and reconnect with another account that is +18 (major)
→ Revision control will still not work

Expected Result

Revision control should work with +18 years old account no ? Do i need to be as well in The Island Creators program ?

Observed Result

I’can’t load a map with revision control AND work with a team staff map … Even when I’m in the team with the major account (progress bar is frozen)

After uninstalling Epic games launcher & uefn 2 times, I still have the same issue,

When I create a project with revision control, my progress bar staying stuck like this, even after letting the PC connected during ± 30min (I have a good PC honestly):

When I try to create a map whitout using “revision control” it’s working perfectly, in 3 second creating a map…

So I tried to check the logs;
UnrealEditorFortnite.log (1.4 MB)

I guess that’s this error : "

I don’t know but I still gave you the log file, thanks for reading me I really appreciate any type of help, It’s been a month every day I try to fix this…

Update: I reset entirely my PC, and it work pretty well.
