Summary
It looks like “infinite resources” got removed and replaced with “infinite building materials” but this still grants infinite gold. Which makes granting gold impossible, detecting gold, probably conditional buttons to not work… dunno, but either way GOLD is NOT a building resource.
Steps to Reproduce
Set island to infinite building resources or team settings and inventory devices to infinite building resources and you’ll have gold for life. Which is clearly wrong. The label was changed but the functionality was not.
Expected Result
I expect that ONLY building materials will be infinite. All other things will NOT. I also expect that there is at least one staff member working on QA when a developer changes something and doesn’t bother to test it.
Observed Result
Gold is infinite
