Indirect Lighting Intensity eats up my specular reflections. How to combine those 2 ? ?

Its my first post here and a question… obviously :slight_smile:
Why after bake I have nicely lit environment, but it eats up my Roughness Reflections ? I always had something in mind I was missing something, but when I lowered Indirect Lighting Intensity to some 0.01 values, my reflections came back !! And were more similar with values to those I painted in SP.

Can someone please tell me why it’s happening, and how to have it both ways @ the same Time ??
