Incorrect Viewport Color in 5.8.1 / Mac Studio Display

Summary

Upgrading to 5.8.1 (from 5.7.4) breaks proper color in Mac Studio Display, and I don’t have a workaround. Project looked correct until upgrade.

Regression from UE 5.7.4 to UE 5.8.1

Hardware:

Mac Studio M3 Ultra

Apple Studio Display (Apple Display P3-600 nits)

macOS 26.5

Behavior:

Embedded Level Editor viewport and Play in Viewport appear oversaturated.

Play in New Editor Window is correct.

Packaged game is correct.

HighResShot captured from the oversaturated viewport is also correct.

Dragging the editor window between a Cintiq (correct) and the Studio Display causes the viewport to remain correct while the window is moving, but it immediately becomes oversaturated when the mouse is released on the Studio Display.

The same project and same display were correct in UE 5.7.4.

Auto Exposure is disabled.

No Post Process Volume.

SM5/SM6 makes no difference.
