incorrect shadow build for FBX from 3dsMAX

hey all,
i have problem with every mesh imported from 3dsmax when building shadows in UE 4.7.2
image below showing what i get afer hit build

im using Tom Shannon exporter tool 1.1 for max
and 3dsmax 2015

any ideas ?

From your picture it looks to me that they resolution of your static mesh needs to be increased. Take a look at the Lighting Troubleshooting guide, found here, for the steps to help eliminate this issue.
