Summary
The download size displayed in the Creator Portal SOMETIMES differs from the one shown in UEFN (the latter is the correct one).
This issue causes some projects to appear to exceed the 400 MB limit, even though their actual download size is below that threshold. As a result, it is not possible to publish updates for those projects.
