the behavior seems extremely similar to the join in progress issues seen with the Stat Creator Device. Stat Creator UI Widget Does Not Show For Players Who Join In Progress
Join in progress players are not shown the HUD. Having the HUD with show behavior “replay if showing” does not cause the HUD to re-show
Is it possible this is a general issue with HUDs that show to the player automatically?
