Inability to Select Custom Blueprint Widget for hud_message_device and popup_dialog_device

Since the last update you can’t select a custom blueprint widget to the hud_message_device and popup_dialog_device, only 5 defaults by epic appear.

You can add it if you have the widget selected and you give this option it is added directly, but it’s still a bit annoying

Thank you soooo much for this workaround using “Add Selected Asset from Content Browser”! It appears that this problem hasn’t been fixed yet but I’m still able to add custom widgets now, using your method. Multiple people are reporting this so hopefully it gets fixed soon. I’m upvoting all of them.

Blocker - HUD message devices no longer support custom widgets

Since last update, you cant set a custom widget to display on a hud message device, blocking 1/3 of all the custom UI capabilities in UEFN. [qRK39KCk4R]

Hud Device not letting me choose a widget i have made

i cant change the HUD device widget since the last update it gives me options for UEFN buttons but not any of the the widgets i have made i’m guessing this is a bug because i cant find anywhere else to apply a widget to a HUD device. [Screenshot (2501)]
