In the competitive rocket racing tracks, translating and creating new splines with (alt + lmb) doesn’t affect the actual tracks at all.
The track remains unchanged.

Create a new Competitive Rocket Racing map
Select the spline attached to the starter track section
Try to translate the spline point.
There will be no effect on the track
Expected Result
Normally, the track will move along with the spline, enabling one to construct custom winding and looping tracks

I opened forums today to report this as well, but I’ll pile onto this one.
Same issues.
My local workaround is to make the change that I want and either
a: switch the relevant section profile to None and back or
b: move it where I want, then nudge it slightly and hit Undo, which forces it to redraw.
B is the fastest, but it’s also the most risky.
I’ve had UEFN crash repeatedly after undoing a spline move.
