I was told by the Specialists Team to make a report here.
The issue I am having today is that a lot of my in-island transactions seem to be returned, as I can see in my monetisation “Daily payouts and estimates”.
My main concern is that this seems to be a recurring issue, as it’s happened on 5 of the past 10 days.
On top of this, I know that my in-island transactions work as intended, so the players returning these purchases, would have gotten the in-game rewards and still have them now.
I am hoping to find out if these returns have been a mistake, and if so, can I get the revenue re-added to my earnings?
If they are not a mistake, I am requesting that you ban/stop these players from being able to play my games/maps on Fortnite, as it is negatively impacting my monetisation. As far as I know there is no way for me to be able to stop/prevent someone from playing my maps, and I can’t find out more information as to who is making these purchases.

I hope this issue gets resolved, as it’s becoming a recurring issue and effecting revenue generated, not only myself but others as well.
