I have a few gun animations which I wish to import to ue4. A few of those animation gets imported with proper files. 4 files. But there are a few other animations which while importing gets seperated, the parts of the guns gets split in so many pieces which I can’t assemble. I make animations using blender. Please help me if I am exporting it in wrong settings or if I am exporting wrong. Thanks!!!
The animations are in .fbx extension
Hi, try using those settings here I can Export Skeletons mesh from blender to Ue4 - Character & Animation - Unreal Engine Forums
So for the animations uncheck “NLA Strips” and “All Actions”. If you still have problems you might wanna show your setup in blender and your export settings.
so when i export it without any animations the mesh gets imported perfectly but when i try to import the animation one it splits all the parts. i even used Ctrl + J to combine the parts and make animation but it still dosent work. the mag gets imported seperately… i followed everything but i found no luck. it would be really helpful if you could help me out. i am uploading the .blend file so that you could examine it properly. thanks!!!
