Summary

At this time if you try to cancel a submission, it does absolutely nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to creator portal after submitting a map update and then try to cancel before approval.

Expected Result

It should cancel the submission

Observed Result

Does nothing.

Yeah, I tried cancelling my submission earlier and nothing happened for me as well. It’s been a few hours since then and it still says “In Review”. I’m worried that it’s marked as cancelled on their side and I won’t be able to publish another release.

Edit:

Okay, so Epic did see my submission still and it was now approved, so that’s a relief at least. Looks like “Cancel Submission” currently just does nothing.

I missed turning on a mutator zone that I had turned off for testing purposes. It hit me three seconds after I pushed the publish button, as usual. I thought, ‘Oh, they have a cancel submission option now, that’s cool,’ but no, I just get this message:
