1.) create new document in desktop

2.) Open it. Then copy and paste these

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win32
set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000
EpicGamesLauncher.exe

3.) Save it as .bat

4.) Run it as Admin. Done
