Import from Blender - object static light shadow problem

Hi everyone,

I am having difficulty setting up objects from Blender. Any model that I import has weird jiggly shadow after building static light. I have tried to make my own UV light map according to YouTube and UE forums posts, but I had no success. Even if I let UE make its own UV light map, the result is always the same. Increasing light map resolution does not make any difference.

Can please someone check this Blender file and tell me what I am doing wrong?
