Implementing a satellite map texture onto a height map landscape render

ive been looking for over 2 and a half hours and i cant find any solution even from the website where i bought the heightmap/satmap (3dmapper.com) as all the do in their tutorial videos is put the default grass texture over it while im trying to put the satmap texture lined up against the entire map. can anyone help me

We dont really know what your problem is or what you have tried so far, so we cant really help.

Generally the landscape texture takes landscape coords in as the parameter for the UV. You just have to tweak it around and use a rotator to align it correctly manually.

Again, not knowing what you have tried, we cant really provide suggestions.

You make a landscape material, put your terrain texture as albedo, then you use landscape coord as UVs, set the scale as the resolution of your terrain ( if i remember right )
