Can’t load any picture in imported sbsar- image inputs are empty???

allegorithmic make things incredibly complicated, and you CANNOT input a regular unreal texture asset into a substance image input.
you have to re-import the image as a “substance input image”
this made me so mad. allegorithmic software is full of really dumb dead-ends like this, and they spend all their effort improving their renderer for substance designer.
I can’t find “substance input image” option. Where you see that?
The problem is in the absent of visual vertical scroll. You have to guess to scroll down.

I’m trying to import some images as Substance Input Images while importing Sbsar file in Unreal 4.25.1. In the import menu, there is no Image Input option. I scrolled up and down and do not see it. The Substance plugin is enabled. while importing there is no option like Substance Image input.
What can I do to solve this issue?
And i am looking for this option- (Image Attached)
