Image clipping within UMG Widget

Hi I’ve got a widget attached to my player character. There is an image within the widget that only displays fully when placed on the top half of screen but below a certain point it begins clipping. I’ve tried changing all the screen and widget size settings with no luck. Could it be caused by the image plane intersecting with the terrain and if so is there anyway to override this so that the widget components are visible regardless of other elements? Also is there anyway to isolate widget elements from receiving motion blur?
