I tried to create campaigns in the Fortnite Creator Portal and submit a payment, but the system warned me I was under 18. However, I am certain I am over 18 and have already contacted customer service to confirm the age of my account.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to the Fortnite Creator Portal, click Campaigns, create a campaign, click the ADD button for Payment method, a pop-up window appears, and the Confirm selection button is grayed out.
Expected result:
The Confirm selection button is clickable, and I can create the campaign and submit payment normally.
Actual result:
The Confirm selection button is grayed out, and I cannot create the campaign or submit payment.
Other notes:
Please fix this issue as soon as possible, or if you know how to fix it, please reply to this message. This is very important because I need to release this project as soon as possible.

Please register your account with a real name starting alphabet (Western a-z). Once created, add your country-formatted name and use that in the Epic Games Launcher.
In the top right account icon, check that everything is correct.
Then follow the directions in the Epic Support article
You will need an International credit card, NOT a debit card, entered on your Hyperwallet account to make purchases.
Buy a $1 item from the FAB store using the credit card linked to your Hyper Wallet, and ensure your Creator account shows that you have connected it to your Hyper Wallet.

However, I would like to clarify: my appeal is not due to the wallet being unable to make payments. The reason I am appealing is that when I was conducting a paid promotion, the system prompted me that I was under 18 and would be unable to access the payment process. I am an adult, and I have already checked with Epic customer service; my account is also an adult account. Therefore, I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue.
Additionally, I’m unable to invite members to the Playtest group; it says “You must be over 18 to invite Team Members.” I’m absolutely certain this account belongs to an adult.
The HyperWallet payment terms for China are Notes:
Receivers should have a bank account on file with their PayPal wallet to receive payouts. The funds they receive are automatically moved to the bank account.
PayPal China Platform allows merchants in China to receive cross-border payments and to have foreign currency payments settle in CNY .
Therefore, you must have a PayPal China Platform. Registered in your HyperWallet,with your primary email address, probably being same as PayPal and to get this, you will need to Validate over 18 with PayPal China and put some form of Chinese payment card
Perhaps this is why there is a problem specific to China
