Hey, For some reason visual sound effects for footsteps are not showing in my map, visual sound effects for EVERYTHING ELSE are, I removed LITERARY EVERY SINGLE device and its STILL NOT WORKING. Can someone help me?
I even deleted island settings and put it back in.
(Epic games support told me to go here)

Do you have the Default Phys Material set in the Landscape folder and Phys Materials in the Outliner, I think they have to do with footsteps and other ground type related effects
Have you got custom landscape materials ? check the Phys Material settings in them
Hi, yes I am using the default material in the landscape, I did not change anything.
Found a setting in the HUD Controller Device
Like I said, I checked every device for visuals and enabled it all, even in the HUD controller device, that wasn’t working so I straight up deleted every single device and it’s still not working
