I'm having a really frustrating issue with Unreal Engine 5.4 and Visual Studio 2022 when trying to build my project

You will need to use only MSVC 14.38.33130, newer version might cause these issues.

Try to remove any newer version as well from Visual Studio Installer.

If that still doesnt, do this workaround:
