Summary
In Hotel Havoc 3, I am prestige level 18 and I cannot get my grenade launcher past legendary. There is a message on my screen that says unlock new weapon type for your random reward but it doesn’t tell you what to do.
Also the +100 health and shield only gives you 25 and the hostages aren’t showing up.

Go to any hostage place, get the random reward and try and upgrade
Expected Result
I should see the hostages, I should be getting the +100 and I should be able to have a grenade launcher stronger than legendary.
