If I use Raytracing in my project the packaged game will only run on RTX enabled system?

Or it would run on any config but without raytracing?

Just have a look at Battlefield or Call of Duty, both games are supporting raytracing… However the user has to activate raytracing in the graphics option menue.
This is usually what you would do, shipping a raytracing only game would be kinda nonsense…
