IES profile orientation with elongated lights?

Currently i’m creating a scene that uses a lot of fluorescent lamps of which i have the IES profiles.
However when i create a pointlight with a long sourcelength and attach a IES profile to it, it always shines the IES profile in the length of the tube instead of the width.


Is there a way to rotate the source shape or the IES profile independant of eachother so that the IES is actually aligned with the side of the lamp instead of in its length?
I tried customising the IES by changing the tilt or angle values in the text file, however this did not make any difference for UE4.
