Ideal Computer Hardware for UE4

Hi All,
Forgive me if this question has already been answered. I am upgrading my PC but i need to know two things, if getting a Dual Xeon is worth the investment (makes a huge difference) and whether I should go with a workstation GPU (Firepro) or traditional GPU setup (GTX 760 SLI). Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks Jacky! I was expecting some crazy hardware requirements because i was basing my expectations from working with Maya.
