IARC questionnaire changes are not applied after publishing a new release. Island Code : 7028-5731-5987

Summary

I’m experiencing an issue with the IARC rating system. Every time I update my IARC questionnaire and submit a new release, the changes are not applied. The release always keeps the previous PEGI 3 rating, causing my map to fail moderation. This also prevents me from launching Sponsored Row campaigns. I receive a new IARC certificate every time I complete the questionnaire. My latest IARC certificate correctly assigns a higher age rating (for example, PEGI 7/PEGI 12 depending on the questionnaire). However, after publishing, my island still appears to use the previous PEGI 3 rating, and moderation reports that the content does not match the assigned rating. This makes me think the latest IARC certificate is not being applied to the published release.

What Type of Bug are you experiencing?

Editor

Steps to Reproduce

Update the IARC questionnaire in the Creator Portal.
Submit a new release for the island.
Wait for the release to be processed.
Check the applied IARC rating.
The release still uses the previous PEGI 3 rating instead of the updated IARC questionnaire.

Expected Result

The updated IARC questionnaire should be applied to the new release. The correct rating should replace the previous PEGI 3 rating, allowing the map to pass moderation if the questionnaire is correct.

Observed Result

The IARC changes are never applied. The release always keeps the previous PEGI 3 rating, my map fails moderation, I receive a red moderation email, and I have to submit another release. Because of this issue, I am also unable to launch Sponsored Row campaigns.
