Hello! I have a problem, when starting a project (and not only at startup), when shaders are compiled (or something is being built), 100% of my CPU is used, but only 1.3 GHz. When I turn off UE or the compilation ends, then my CPU can run at 30% 3.03 GHz or something like that.
I checked it on UE_4.27 and UE_5.2.1. Also tryed to use Incredibuild. Nothing helped.
