I want to use XformUV but I don't see itw

So I would like to use the XFormUV tool in UE 5.3, but when In the UV section of the modeling mode, XFormUV isn’t there as an option for me. Is there something I have to enable or do to fix it or does 5.3.2 just not have it?

in the newer version it’s in the Modeling Mode => UVs tab => Transform UVs
