You could use a world aligned texture.

I created a material, but it deforms too badly depending on the size of the mesh, so I don’t feel the roughness of the surface.
So I wondered if I could increase the pixel value of the image, but it seemed to be separate from this one.

You need to right click on your texture sample in the material and convert it to texture object.
