I need advice ! on adjusting Lighting / Atmosphere / Shade\+Shadow to reach the intended look...

I have this frustrating problem with the final export rendering results not matching at all the atmosphere/lighting I create in the preview window / media-mode. It surely depends on the quality settings I am working with, mostly just Medium / High, since when I switch to Ultra Settings in the preview window, the look of my scene changes completely. But I can’t figure out how to recreate the atmosphere I am so happy with! In the attached images there are screenshots of the preview window, and exported images of the same scene. Easiest way would be the opportunity to export just with these lower quality settings in the high resolution, but I don’t think there is a way to do this? Main problem seems the color/hue impact of the lighting. I really like the more separated, contrasty look of the lower settings preview window, the exported images lacks a lot of the created atmosphere. Can someone give me a bit of advice, are there any options to adjust to reach this more seperated look in a final export? It is especially the vegetation wich gets way to bright if I do not lower the ambient light an insane amount…
