Summary
hello i decide to start fortnite since 2018 again i had a account on epicgames … istart again to play on xbox but i dint know about the link account and i start playing on xbox so i buy the crew member some skins etc … i decide to link my account to old one epic games account i did that and somehow my shadow account not exist enymore … yes i tryed with new mail new account link unlink everythink but nothing happened … so i decide to play on old account but the issue continue with the crew member becasus says i have the crew membership but i cant get any of rewards yes NOTHINK … iwant my shadow account back i open tickests i contact to support team and they told me they have alot of work and they didnt give me any update of my issue now i have 2 account stuck 1 not exist and one with stucked og pass…
PS i never bought a crew member on old account but says i have it already (i imagine is stuck with shadow account or somthink)

i use fresh mail fresh epic account and nothink happened
